Most of us start our fitness journey alone without any structure. Soon, we become discouraged. Our motivation ends after a brief stab at group classes, or exercise videos that do not match our pace or meet our needs. What if instead, you tried personal training, designed just for you?
Whether you prefer online training from your home or office, you will receive an individualized approach with high quality instruction and support. Sessions are conducted via Zoom and are 60 minutes.
Personal training includes: balance, flexibility, strength, muscular endurance, and/or cardiovascular endurance while focusing on your individualized goals at the pace that fits your wellness needs.

Initial Fitness Assessment (60 minutes)
In your initial assessment, we will discover your strengths, limitations, and areas to work on for improvement. After the assessment, we will go over exercises designed to improve any imbalances or flexibility issues, and develop a specific exercise program to meet your needs. You will see and
feel results on and off the golf course!
